Not all essential oils are the same! Please always follow labeling instructions!
Peppermint Vitality: Peppermint has a strong, cool, fresh taste. It's great to support a healthy digestive system or give you a little pick me up before a workout.* Go easy with this one since it is a hot oil, meaning without proper dilution, it can cause a burning sensation. It's a great addition to brownies or a drink. Add it to honey, or whatever sweetener you like, to spice up your tea, or add a drop to an orange slice for a refreshing boost to your water. It's the perfect oil to use for lip balms or mouthwash.
My favorite use: In lip balm
Lemon Vitality: Lemon is one of the most common and versatile flavors in cooking. Since it is cold-pressed from the rind, it has very low acidic content, which is good for your digestive system and for your teeth! It is mildly detoxifying and can help support healthy digestion.* Add it to anything you think could use a citrus-y boost: marinades and vinaigrettes, baked goods, tea or water...the possibilities are endless!
My favorite use: In my water
Copaiba Vitality: Copaiba comes from the resin from a Brazilian tree and has a very woodsy flavor. It's nice and light. Copaiba supports nearly every system in your body, boosting its natural response to an irritant. It's a nice addition to NingXia Red supplement drink or chamomile tea. If the flavor is not for you, you can add it to a clear vegetable capsule and take regularly to promote overall wellness.*
My favorite use: In my NingXia Red
Thieves Vitality: Thieves is one of Young Living's most popular blends. It has clove, lemon, cinnamon, eucalyptus (radiata), and rosemary essential oils, so it has a very spicy flavor. It is also a hot oil. Thieves is known for supporting the immune and respiratory systems.* Add it to tea or NingXia Red regularly, or if it's too hot for your lips, use a capsule. It's an excellent choice for homemade hard candies.
My favorite use: In a capsule. It's too hot for me!
DiGize Vitality: This is also a blend of oils including tarragon, ginger, peppermint, juniper, lemongrass, anise, fennel, and patchouli and is specifically designed to support a healthy digestive system* as indicated by the name! This one, also, the taste is not for everyone! Capsules will be your friend! Or chocolate... I have a friend who makes chocolates with DiGize and peppermint. That's not a bad way to go!
My favorite use: Has to be the chocolates!
Lavender: This oil may be the most well-known and most versatile oils out there. It's floral and slightly spicy. It is very relaxing, making it a perfect choice for topical or aromatic applications. It's soothing and cleansing properties make it a nice addition to any beauty product, home made or store bought! It is as excellent in a face wash as it is in at bed time. Add to your diffuser, your bath, or a foot rub and get ready for a peaceful night's rest. Lavender is very gentle, only requiring dilution for the most sensitive skin and children. Since it is so gentle, it is a good start for young children's, or anyone's first exposure to essential oils. Lavender has a Vitality counterpart.
My favorite use: My head-to-toe baby salve
My favorite diffuser combo: 2 drops each lavender, lemon, and peppermint

Frankincense: "Frank" is an ancient, resin-derived essential oil. It is nearly as versatile as lavender and beloved by anyone who has had a chance to try the real thing! It's value alone makes the PSK a great bargain! It has an earthy, spicy scent, that is uplifting and empowering. It has been used for centuries to enhance meditation and prayer. In topical applications, it is excellent for skin care, particularly aging skin. Frankincense has a Vitality counterpart.
My favorite use: In a roll-on. I use it on my post-baby belly, and around my eyes.My favorite diffuser combo: 2 drops each frank, orange and cedarwood
Purification: Purification is a blend of oils and is the great stink-buster! It includes citronella, lavandin, lemongrass, rosemary, myrtle, and tea tree oils. It's very cleansing in both aromatic and topical applications. Keep the air smelling fresh, whether it's your kitchen after cooking dinner, or a stale guest room, by using it in the diffuser. It's a great choice to use in a spray to refresh linens, furniture, a bathroom ;-) or even on the go! I'll tell you too, this one is a secret weapon in skin care. Those great cleansing qualities carry over to topical applications as well!
My favorite use: My air freshener pouch and deodorant
My favorite diffuser combo: 3 drops each Purification and lemon
RC: I don't know if anyone is quite sure what RC stands for, but it's often interpreted as "rest comfortably." RC is a strong and refreshing blend of 3 varieties of eucalyptus, myrtle, marjoram, pine, lavender, cypress, peppermint, and black spruce. It can be invigorating and great to use before exercise, but it's also soothing for a massage when you're finished. It makes a wonderful chest rub to support your respiratory system.*
My favorite use: Diffused!
My favorite diffuser combo: All by its lonesome. 3 drops or so.
Panaway: Panaway is a blend of wintergreen, helichrysum, clove, and peppermint. It is specifically designed to support your muscular-skeletal system: joints, muscles, ligaments, ect. It's great for topical applications, particularly after exercise, or just after a long day. Or after a long night, for that matter! It is a great addition to a magnesium spray or an epsom salt bath for soothing a tired body. It is not recommended for children under 6.
My favorite use: In my magnesium spray
My favorite diffuser combo: 3 drops PanAway with 2 drops copaiba
